Attendees registered

The saved roster is sent to Luma, which emails each attendee their own Summit registration confirmation. If registration needs review, our team follows up manually.

What happens after payment?

After Stripe confirms payment, we submit the saved roster to Luma as approved guests. Luma then emails each attendee their own Mother of AI Summit registration confirmation. If automated registration fails or the order needs review, our team receives the roster for manual follow-up. The booking contact remains the payment and order-support contact.

When should attendees receive their registration email?

Luma normally sends the registration confirmation immediately after the paid roster is accepted. If an attendee has not received it within one business day, email hello@themotherofai.com with the company name, booking contact email, and attendee name so we can check the registration.

Can I change an attendee later?

You can request a change before the event by emailing hello@themotherofai.com with the current attendee’s email and the replacement attendee’s name, email, and phone. A requested change is not complete until Mother of AI confirms it.

What if I need help with the order?

Email hello@themotherofai.com with the company name and booking contact email. Do not send card or bank details; payment information should only be entered on Stripe Checkout.
