What you are building

What you will leave with

Create the strategy and photo guide in Claude or ChatGPT. To make the finished images, use ChatGPT or a dedicated image app.

Choose an image generator before you start.

ChatGPT can complete the full workflow. Claude can create the plan, appearance guide, and image brief, but it cannot create the finished photo. Claude users will need ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image app for the final step.[3][6][10]

01Your 30-day posting plan

Saved as social-media-strategy.md with your topics, schedule, voice, and numbers to track.

02Your photo reference guide

Saved as soul-avatar.md with the details your image generator should keep.

03Your SOUL Avatar reference kit

Your guide plus 10-12 clear, recent photos of yourself.

Keep it simple: build the strategy first. Collect the photos second. Generate one test image in ChatGPT or your image app before you make a campaign.

Your message

Build your 30-day posting plan

Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work will ask about your business before suggesting where to post, how often to post, or which recurring topics to use. You do not need a finished brand document to begin.

Bring what you already have

Business

What you sell, how it helps, and what makes it different.

Audience

One real customer, their problem, and the words they use.

Goal

The business result you want social media to support this month.

Proof

Real stories, results, testimonials, demonstrations, or experience.

Voice

Phrases you use, words you avoid, and what you will never promise.

Capacity

The time, people, budget, and tools you can use each week.

No analytics yet?

Start with customer questions, sales calls, emails, reviews, and the posts you enjoyed making. A clean first month gives you data for the next one.

Set up your Project first

Claude Cowork

  1. In Claude.ai, select + New.
  2. Turn on Cowork beside Chat.
  3. Select + New Project.
  4. Name it My Social Media Content.

Use a Cowork Project stored in your Claude account, not a Project linked to a folder on your computer. This keeps the files available on every Cowork surface enabled for your account.[1]

ChatGPT Work

  1. Create a ChatGPT Project named My Social Media Content.
  2. Add your brand files to the Project Sources.
  3. Start a new chat inside the Project.
  4. At the bottom of the new chat, switch from Chat to Work.

A ChatGPT Project keeps its sources and instructions available to the Work chats created inside it.[4][5]

Paste the first instructions inside that Project

Upload the useful business material, copy the instructions below into the chat, and answer one question at a time. Keep the final file in the current Project.

Instructions 1 / Create my 30-day posting plan
Act as my practical social media planner. Help me build a 30-day posting plan I can keep using after this chat.

WORKSPACE
- These instructions are for Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work only.
- Run it inside my Claude Cowork Project stored in my account or inside my ChatGPT Project with Work turned on.
- Use the files and instructions already saved in this Project as background information.
- Keep every draft and final file inside the current Project so future chats can reuse them.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME
- Interview me one question at a time.
- Use plain language. Explain any marketing term in one sentence.
- Read any brand files, website copy, offers, testimonials, past posts, or analytics I upload.
- Separate facts I gave you from assumptions. Ask before filling an important gap.
- Build a plan I can sustain with the time and team I actually have.

LEARN THESE THINGS
1. My business, offer, audience, and current business goal.
2. The problem my best customer wants solved and the phrases they use for it.
3. My strongest proof: results, stories, testimonials, demonstrations, or experience.
4. My voice, values, boundaries, signature phrases, and words I avoid.
5. The social networks I use now, what has worked, and what I dislike creating.
6. The time, people, tools, and budget I can give this each week.
7. The action I want a good post to create.

BUILD MY 30-DAY PLAN
When you have enough information, show me a draft with:
- A one-paragraph summary of my brand and audience.
- One main business goal for the next 30 days.
- One main place to post and any second social network worth reusing the content on.
- Three to five recurring topics, each tied to a customer question or business goal.
- A realistic weekly posting schedule and the types of posts to create.
- A 30-day posting plan with the day or slot, where to post, recurring topic, post type, opening line, next step for the reader, and the file or note supporting the idea.
- Ten opening lines I can test.
- Simple approval steps so nothing publishes without my review.
- A weekly routine for reusing strong content on another social network.
- Three to five numbers to track so I can see whether the plan helps the business.
- A short stop-doing list.

APPROVAL
Show the complete draft in the chat. Ask what I want changed. Revise until I explicitly approve it. Do not treat "looks good, but" as approval.

FINAL FILE
After I approve, create one file named social-media-strategy.md. It must stand on its own, use clear headings and tables, and end with a one-page weekly checklist. Do not publish, schedule, or contact anyone.
You are done when:you have approved and saved a file namedsocial-media-strategy.md.

Your photos

Build the photo kit AI will use

Your SOUL Avatar is a reusable reference kit: 10-12 recent photos of you plus a plain-language appearance guide calledsoul-avatar.md. Claude or ChatGPT can create the guide. The kit does not train a model or create images by itself.

What your SOUL Avatar is

It is the reference material you bring into an image generator. In ChatGPT, attach the guide and the photos that match your scene. In Higgsfield or another dedicated image app, follow that app's own identity or character setup. Claude can create the guide, but it cannot render the finished image.[3][6][10]

You must be the person in every photo.

This guide teaches AI how you look. Do not use AI-generated portraits, celebrity photos, inspiration photos, stock photos, or pictures of someone else.

PHOTO GUIDE

Every AI photo should still look like you. Your photos show your face, expressions, posture, proportions, and style.soul-avatar.md records the details to keep.

Collect 10-12 recent photos of yourself

You do not need a professional photoshoot. Use clear photos already on your phone, take new selfies, use your phone timer, or ask someone to take the waist-up and full-body photos.

Do this now

  1. Create a phone album or computer folder named SOUL Avatar Photos.
  2. Add 10-12 recent, real photos of yourself.
  3. Check that you are the only person visible in every photo.
  4. Remove photos with filters, sunglasses, blur, or a covered face.
  5. Number the selected photos consecutively, starting with 01. A 10-photo set ends at 10; an 11-photo set ends at 11.

Make sure your set includes these views

01

Front view, relaxed

Face the camera in soft, even light with a natural expression.

02

Front view, smiling

Use a real smile so the system learns how your face changes.

03

Turn slightly left

Show the left three-quarter angle from chest height.

04

Turn slightly right

Take the same kind of photo from the other side.

05

Clean side profile

Keep hair from hiding the outline of your face.

06

Clear close-up

Show natural skin texture, eyes, brows, nose, and mouth.

07

Waist-up portrait

Wear something that feels normal for your business.

08

Full-body view

Stand naturally so posture and proportions are visible.

09

Indoor window light

Use a bright room without beauty filters or portrait blur.

10

Outdoor shade

Choose open shade so the face is bright without harsh shadows.

11

Your work setting

Show the office, studio, store, or location people associate with you.

12

Signature expression

Include the gesture or expression friends would recognize as you.

Skip these

  • AI-generated portraits instead of real photos of you
  • Photos of celebrities, models, or anyone else
  • Beauty filters or heavy retouching
  • Group photos where your face is small
  • Sunglasses covering the eyes
  • Screenshots or compressed profile pictures
  • Twelve photos from the same angle
  • Old photos that no longer look like you

The test

Would a friend recognize this photo as the way you look now?

If the answer is no, leave it out.

Use only photos of yourself in this guide.

Every uploaded photo should show you. Do not build the SOUL Avatar from another person’s photos. If someone else wants one, send them this guide so they can use their own photos and approve their own file.[7]

Upload your photos to the same Project

Claude Cowork

  1. Open the My Social Media Content Cowork Project.
  2. Add your selected photo files, numbered consecutively from 01.
  3. Start a new Cowork chat inside the Project.
  4. Ask: “List the photo file names you can see.”

Use Instructions 2 only after Cowork lists the photos correctly.

ChatGPT Work

  1. Open the My Social Media Content ChatGPT Project.
  2. Add your selected photo files, numbered consecutively from 01, to Sources.
  3. Start a new chat in the Project and turn on Work.
  4. Ask: “List the photo file names you can see.”

Use Instructions 2 only after ChatGPT Work lists the photos correctly.

Instructions 2 / Create my photo and appearance guide
Help me create my own SOUL Avatar reference kit from 10-12 recent photos of myself. I will use this kit as guidance when I create realistic new images of myself in ChatGPT or a dedicated image app. I am the person whose appearance this file should describe. A SOUL Avatar is a plain-language file that records how I look, how I present myself, and what must stay consistent in an AI-created image of me. It does not train an avatar or image model on my face and cannot guarantee a perfect match every time.

WORKSPACE
- These instructions are for Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work only.
- Run it inside the same Project that contains social-media-strategy.md.
- In Claude Cowork, keep my photos and final file in the Cowork Project stored in my Claude account.
- In ChatGPT Work, keep my photos in the ChatGPT Project Sources and return soul-avatar.md as a reviewable file.

IMAGE CREATION LIMIT
- This step creates the appearance guide only. It does not create an image.
- Claude cannot create the finished AI image. If I am working in Claude, I will later move soul-avatar.md, the approved image brief, and selected photos into ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image-generation app.
- soul-avatar.md is reference material. It is not a trained avatar or image model.

PHOTO RULES
- Every photo must show me. I am building a SOUL Avatar for myself.
- Use 10-12 recent photos of myself that show how I look now.
- Do not use AI-generated portraits, celebrity photos, inspiration photos, or photos of another person.
- If another person appears in a photo, tell me to crop them out or replace that photo.
- Selfies are fine for close-ups. For waist-up and full-body views, I can use a timer or ask someone to take the photo.

PRIVACY AND LIMITS
- I confirm that these are photos of me and I want them used for this SOUL Avatar.
- Do not identify me by name from the photos.
- Do not guess private details such as my race, ethnicity, religion, health, disability, sexuality, politics, or financial status.
- Do not guess exact age, weight, measurements, or medical details.
- Describe visible, repeatable features and ask me to confirm anything uncertain.

CHECK MY PHOTOS
1. Check that the set shows me facing forward, turned slightly left, turned slightly right, from one side, close-up, waist-up, and full-body.
2. Check that the set includes different natural expressions and more than one lighting condition.
3. Reject photos that are blurry, filtered, heavily retouched, blocked by sunglasses, too far away, old, or inconsistent with how I look now.
4. Tell me which missing photo of myself would improve the set most. Ask for it only if the gap matters.
5. Summarize the visible features that stay consistent across my useful photos.

BUILD MY DRAFT
Create a draft with these sections:
- Features to keep the same: face shape, eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, jaw, hair, and other visible details.
- Expressions: describe how I look when neutral, warm, focused, animated, and when making my signature expression.
- Body and posture: describe my visible body shape and how I normally stand or sit. Do not guess measurements.
- How I present myself: clothes, hair, makeup or grooming, accessories, colors, and whether I look casual or professional.
- Places that fit: settings and situations that make sense for my business.
- Image style: crop, camera view, lighting, colors, texture, and how realistic the photo should look.
- Always keep: the short list of features every AI photo must preserve.
- Do not change: anything that would make the image look like another person or a generic stock photo.
- Reusable image instructions: fill-in-the-blank directions for the place, action, image shape, clothes, and social network.

APPROVAL
Show me the full draft. Ask for my approval before creating the final file. Apply my corrections and ask again until I explicitly approve.

FINAL FILE
After approval, create one file named soul-avatar.md. Put the copy-and-paste image instructions near the top. End with four tests: a close-up photo, a waist-up work scene, a full-body scene, and one finished social media image. Do not generate images or publish anything in this step.
You are done when:the file describes you accurately, you have corrected it, and you have approved soul-avatar.md.

Your first AI photo

Create and check your first AI photo

Pick the app that will render the image. ChatGPT can create it directly. If you planned in Claude, first use Cowork to prepare the brief, then move the brief and selected photos into ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image-generation app.[3][4][6][10]

Path A / Prepare the image brief in Claude Cowork

Use Instructions 3A in the same Cowork Project. Reviewimage-brief.md, then move that file and the named photos to the image generator you chose. Claude stops after it creates the brief.

Instructions 3A / Prepare my image in Claude Cowork
You are working in Claude Cowork. Create clear instructions for one approved social media image of me.

FILES AND MY PHOTOS
- Read social-media-strategy.md and soul-avatar.md first.
- Review the 10-12 photos of me saved in this Cowork Project.
- If either file or the useful photos are missing, stop and tell me exactly what to add.

THE IMAGE
Where it will be posted and image shape: [Instagram portrait, LinkedIn wide image, story, thumbnail, or other]
Purpose: [what this image should help the post communicate]
Place: [where I am]
What I am doing: [action]
Clothes: [use the SOUL Avatar default or describe the outfit]
Feeling: [warm, focused, playful, confident, calm, or other]
Empty space for words later: [none, top, left, right, or bottom]

WHAT TO CREATE
Create one file named image-brief.md with:
- The exact copy-and-paste instructions for ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image generator.
- The photo files to attach or upload in the image generator, identified by file name.
- The features from soul-avatar.md that must stay unchanged.
- The requested crop, camera angle, lighting, clothes, setting, image shape, and level of realism.
- A list of anything the image must not include or change.
- A short review checklist: Does it look like me? Are the face, hands, and body natural? Does it fit my brand? Should I label it as AI-generated?

Claude cannot generate the finished image. Do not generate, publish, schedule, or send anything. Return image-brief.md for my review so I can use it in ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image generator.

Path B / Create the image in ChatGPT Work

If your posting plan and photo guide already live in the ChatGPT Project, stay there. Turn on Work, attach the photos that best match the angle and expression you want, and use Instructions 3B.

Instructions 3B / Create one approved AI photo of me
You are working in ChatGPT Work. Create one realistic image of me for an approved social media post.

FILES AND MY PHOTOS
- Read image-brief.md if it is attached. Follow the approved image brief unless it conflicts with a newer instruction in this chat.
- Read soul-avatar.md before creating the image.
- Use the uploaded photos of me as the source of truth for my appearance.
- If soul-avatar.md or my photos are missing, stop and tell me exactly what to add.

KEEP ME LOOKING LIKE ME
- Keep my face shape, eyes, nose, mouth, hair, body shape, and signature details as described in soul-avatar.md.
- Keep natural skin texture. Make the face, hands, and body look natural and correctly formed.
- Do not make me look older, younger, slimmer, like a different ethnicity, or like a different person.
- Do not add a logo, words, product claim, client, award, or location I did not request.
- Make the lighting, camera view, and colors match soul-avatar.md.

CREATE ONE IMAGE FIRST
Create one image, not several. After I review it, change only the parts I name and keep everything I approved. Do not publish, schedule, or send the image anywhere.

Path C / Create the image in Higgsfield or another image app

Follow the app's own identity-reference, character, or avatar setup. Add the photos it requests, then use image-brief.md as the creative direction for the scene. The buttons and setup will vary by app. Review the result with the same checks below.[10]

1Close-up

Does your face clearly look like you?

2Waist-up

Do your hair, face, and posture look right?

3Full body

Do your body proportions and hands look natural?

4Campaign

Does the scene match the approved instructions?

Fix only the unwanted change. If ChatGPT Work changes your face but gets the scene right, name the facial feature that changed. Ask it to keep the approved lighting, framing, outfit, and background.
You are done when:The test image clearly looks like you, the face, hands, and body look natural, the scene matches your request, and you explicitly approve it.

Your weekly routine

Follow a simple weekly posting routine

Keep this weekly cycle inside the same Claude Cowork Project or ChatGPT Project with Work turned on. The files hold the context. You keep approval in your hands.

01

Capture

Save customer questions, stories, screenshots, and voice notes in one note, folder, or document.

02

Choose

Pick the three ideas closest to this month’s business goal.

03

Draft

Use your posting plan to turn each idea into one useful post.

04

Review

Check the facts, voice, promise, next step for the reader, and final wording yourself.

05

Create

Create the image in ChatGPT or your dedicated image app, review it, and schedule only the version you approve.

06

Learn

Record what earned replies, saves, visits, leads, or sales. Adjust next week.

Instructions 4 / Create this week’s three posts
Create this week’s three posts from my approved 30-day posting plan.

WORKSPACE
- Run this inside the same Claude Cowork Project or ChatGPT Project with Work turned on.
- Read the current Project files before proposing anything.

1. Read social-media-strategy.md and any current offer, promotion, customer question, or notes about past results that I uploaded.
2. Propose three post ideas. Each must serve a different recurring topic or customer question.
3. For each idea, show the opening line, main point, post type, the customer question or file supporting it, the next step for the reader, and why it matters this week.
4. Wait for my approval before drafting.
5. Draft only the approved ideas using the voice described in my posting plan.
6. Under each draft, write a short image idea that I can use with soul-avatar.md. Do not generate the image yet.
7. End with one suggestion for reusing each approved post on another social network.

Keep every claim tied to a file or note I provided. Point out missing proof instead of inventing it. Do not schedule or publish anything.

Review these once a week

  • Which post earned a real reply, save, visit, lead, or sale?
  • Which customer question deserves a follow-up?
  • Which format took too long for the result?
  • What should change in the strategy file before next week?

Choose where to work

Choose your planning and image tools

Choose ChatGPT Work if you want to complete every step in one place. Choose Claude Cowork for planning and briefing only, then use ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image app to create the finished photo.

SurfaceUse it forKeep in mind
Claude Cowork

Asking you questions, creating your 30-day plan, describing your appearance, and writing the image instructions.

Claude cannot create the finished AI photo. Move the approved brief and selected photos into ChatGPT or a dedicated image app such as Higgsfield.[1][2][3]

ChatGPT Work

Completing every step in this guide inside one Project, including creating and editing the finished AI photo.

Some accounts may not have image creation enabled. Check that your Work chat can create images before starting the last step.[4][5][6]

Higgsfield or another image app

Creating the finished image after you plan in Claude or ChatGPT, especially when the app includes identity-reference or character tools.

Setup varies by app. Follow its own photo or avatar process. soul-avatar.md is a creative reference guide, not a trained image model.[10]

Protect your photos

Protect your photos and be honest about AI

Permission first

Use only your own photos throughout this guide.

Check your privacy settings

Review the privacy settings in the Claude or ChatGPT account before uploading personal photos. If you use a company account, ask the account administrator what is allowed.[8][9]

Tell people when AI made the image

Label the image as AI-generated or AI-edited when someone could reasonably mistake it for a real photo.

Keep the originals private

Store the complete photo set in a private folder or Project. When generating one image, attach only the photos needed for that image.

Questions

Before you start generating

Is soul-avatar.md a trained avatar like a Higgsfield character?

No. soul-avatar.md is a plain-language appearance guide. It does not train Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image model on your face. If you use a dedicated avatar app, follow that app’s separate identity or character setup.

Do I have to upload all 10-12 photos every time?

Keep all 10-12 photos in your Project. When creating one image in ChatGPT Work, attach soul-avatar.md plus the photos that best match the angle, expression, outfit, and crop you want. You may not need all 10-12 for every image.

Can Claude Cowork generate the final realistic image?

No. Claude Cowork can inspect your photos, write soul-avatar.md, and prepare image-brief.md. Anthropic says Claude does not generate ordinary photos or illustrations, so move the approved brief and selected photos into ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or another image-generation app for the final image.

What if the generated face looks wrong?

Describe the exact unwanted change: face shape, eye spacing, hairline, jaw, expression, skin texture, or body shape. Ask ChatGPT Work to fix only that item while keeping the approved scene, outfit, lighting, crop, and background unchanged.

Can I use this guide to describe someone else?

No. This guide is written for you to use your own photos. If an employee, client, or family member wants a photo and appearance guide, send them this page so they can choose their own photos, review the description, and approve the final file themselves.

Your next move

Start with the strategy. Generate one test image.

A realistic image cannot rescue generic content. Write the strategy, describe your appearance, then test one image in ChatGPT or your image app. Repeat what works.
